Complaint against form filling company

Form filling company demanding 5200 rupees. I want to say that a company named STN solution is demanding 5200 rupees for not completing the work. When i checked the company from Google it is conveying that this company is scam. Please help me out with this. They are saying that they are issuing a case against me for which i have to pay 80000 to 90000 rupees. They are sending me notice regarding this.

Refund from Shopkaar.com – Rs.5,999/- : Gautam Kumar Prasad, Kathara, Bokaro 829116, Jharkhand ordered for a Redmi mobile worth Rs.5999/- on website shopkaar.com through online payment. After a week, this site had been closed and his order did not get delivered. He also did not get his refund.
