Complaint against furniture dealer for defective sofas

I have purchased sofas few months back from Raja furnitures in Hyderabad. Quality had gone worse now, fabric had lost his shine, sponge has misaligned. Complaint to the owner but no action has been taken by him. He had taken customers for granted.

Wrongful demand from Zoomcar – Rs.6,000/- : Mr. Avisek Chakraborty, Kolkata 700050, West Bengal availed car rental service from zoomcar in Bangalore on 16-12-2018. He had used the car for extra one hour and for which he paid additiona hire charges however the customer was presented with a demand Notice for additional Rs.6000/-. Refund from Air India Express – AED.4,290.91: Balaraman Karuvachal (balram_alhayat[at]yahoo.com) of Calicut, Kerala had cancelled two online air ticket bookings on 27-06-2013 as changing of route/sector facility not permitted by Air India Express.
