Complaint against Goibibo regarding short refund

I have booked two flight tickets on 5th april 2020 for 18th april and 20th april. The journeys were from delhi  to kolkata which was on 18th april,2020 and the journey from kolkata to delhi was on 20th april, 2020. But due to extension of lockdown my tickets got automatically cancelled. After chatting with indigo, indigo transfer the refund  amount of Rs7610 for two flight tickets on 25th april to goibibo from which I booked tickets. So after 3 to 4 weeks goibibo transfer the amt of only Rs 2394 to the bank account which is incorrect amount. I tried to contact goibibo via several ways but every time failed.  But I  should get the refund of Rs 7610 because as per the ministry criteria I met all the criteria to get the full refund.Please look into this matter so that I  can get my remaining balance as early as possible.
