Complaint against Hewlett Packard, India for poor service support

I purchased  HP Victus  AMD Ryzen 5-5600H Processor 16.1 inches FHD Gaming Laptop  from Amazon in on  22 Oct. 2022 and purchased addtional  Accidental Proctection Plan paid Rs. 3998/- for 3 years.
On 24th April 2024 I lodged complaint to HP Support wise case no. 5123191956 (CRM:0079503824160)  for Left side Display Hinge snapping the lid casing.
My son regularly contacted to HP Support, they told  our service engineer will visit next 2 to 5 days but till date no one attend my complaint and  they  told your case  elevated / forwarded to service center.
Please help to  resolve the case.
