I am searching for online job and then i applied to quickr for online job.Then someone call me for captcha filling work and i am agree for work.They want ID proof mail id and mobile number for registration.I have sent them my voter card mail id and mobile number by whatsapenp.Then send me ID and password for this job with website link.But website showing error that time.Then i text him for the error problem.He said next day you got a mail with website link.But next day same problem.I am no getting my work..After 10 days they called me back and said that you have to pay penalty for agreement cancellation.On 14th september,advocate named Axxxxh Dxxxxxi text me on whatsapp that your case has been approved for breach of contract or agreement.They penalized me 19663 rupess and said you have to pay otherwise they filed a FIR against me.I am saying him that not my fault,fault from your company but they pressurised me for pay the amount of penalty.After request them they consider the penalty price 19663 to 6000.I paid them and they give a NOC.After this clearence today 04/10/2019 they call me again and demanding money for breach of agreement which was 11 month agreement.And this time they demend 22000 rupees..Before that another advocate called me and demanding 150000 rupees..I am saying that i am not giving any money and then they text me and blackmailing me to file the case in court and sent me a case number UEL07/BR/0911/L69 under ipc u/c 73 ,74,406,420. All of call from AHAMEDABAD GUJRAT.I am really depressed Sir.Please help me to solve this problem.please take some strict action against them.I attached the related documents(NOC).I have all evidence against this fraud company.
