I would like to bring to your kind attention my unfortunate expirience of being wronged and over charged by m/s jmd cargo, kalkaji New delhi . I aahve recently moved silchar ,Asssam as a Civil engineer at Cachar cancer hospital project from Gurugram ,haryana . I order to shift my households i approached the contacts provided by justdail people .The asked JMD cargo to give his service for the same .The initial quotation provided by jmd cargo was around 13,500 and when i handed over my items the increased the price by over to two folds to Rs 30,500 , as it was close to my time for travelling here . I was left with no choice but to accept the same and made the full payment as demanded by them reciept attached .Later he exorted some more money by saying that some more additional charges are applied that rsulted in paying Rs 33,860 .
The agreed terms were that material would arrive in 5 – 7 days , i handed over the item to them on 3 Jan 2020 . After regularly following them up over phone more than several times everytime they were like your item will be delivered tomorrow , finally they confirmed that my items that reached final delivery district on 24 Jan 2020 . I was still relieved that atleast my item has arrived but i came to know that my items will be not delivered to my house i will have to collect myself from some godown .Further he also said you will have again pay Rs 7300 more as he had to pay some officials . He asked if u cannot pay your stuffs will be not delivered and you will be charged gain to keeping your stuff at godown , ) godown charges) . Again i was left with no choice , i had argument and refused the he said ok pay 3380 and go and collect .Then finally i booked a tempo on my own cost and went to godown to collect my stuffs .After recieving the material i absorbed that of my boxes were already damaged (torn already ) . After unpacking the boxes to my shock i found that my TV was broken as if it that been intentionally smashed .My chest drawer was also broken alonf with my many small items .Further many of my items were missing .They must have unpacked again some of my items are removed things and packed again because at the time of handover all items were packed and counted .I contacted Mr Axxxxh the owner of JMD cargo more that number of times that day to know what went wrong with my items and sought compemsation for the damages , he has been very rude and been trying to dominate me over phone .His behaviour seemed that he can cheat or rob people of their hard earned money of materials with impunity . I also contacted Justdail people to help me get my claim for my damages but no one respnded me helpful answer . i uploaded all pics of my damages and thing over google also so that others can be aware of his nature.
I therfore seek help in this regard as he should compensate me with my damages to my materials , the extra fund he exorted out of me holding my households items hostage and giving me psychological pain for weeks . I humbly seek your help as a victim to wrongdoing by Mr ashish of JMD cargo kalkaji new delhi
