I planned to take photography and videography services from Matrimony photography for my wedding on june 30 2018. So reached out to them and took the quote and finalise the quote for 1,40,000. Attaching the bill copy for the same.
At the time of event, they did not provide proper services like sending untrained photographers and sent less no of photographers and videographers other than the discussed. I asked for 3 photographers (among them 1 candid photographer) and 2 videographers for wedding. But they allotted only 2photographers and videographers due to which they are not able to cover the wedding properly.
Escalated the same thing after my wedding they did not consider it .
After that they missed few events videos and photoes( Sangeet, drone photos and videos, guests photos, lunch and dinner photoes and videos and few from wedding itself ). Informed them so many times and they keep on telling taht they will check and no action was taken till now.
Till now they did not provide videos and albums . its been more than 2.5 years. followed up with so many people and nothing was taken care. Now they completely shut down the photography section in hyderabad. Now i dont have anyone to reach out and my money gone waste.
Need some one to take action on this. I want company to pay my money back (paid 1,10,000 rupees). full refund needed as no service provided properly
