Complaint against Moongoddesscouture for non-delivery

I had placed an order on instagram page moongoddesscouture https[:]//www.moongoddesscouture.com/product-category/sarees/ on 31st december 2023. As per there website, maximum 70 to 90 days . Even after several enquires the page is kept on giving the reasons that manufacturing is not started.Even after completion of 90 working working days.its been more than 3 months.Total 7 months from placing orders. Now,the people are not responding to mail nor to call. I have not received the product nor refund.

Kindly look into the issue and take action aganist them for making customer suffer and fine for the loss incurred for these days. mail conversation is attached for your reference and needful.
