Complaint against myntra for missing item and refund

Product with missing item delivered – Denied refund on return. Value: 2495.  I had ordered a product Varanga Kurta with trouser and duppatta on 28Oct 2020, when i received the product dupatta was missing, hence i raised a return request the same day and also mentioned the same in the return comments.
Bu mytra has denied the request stating “its failed quality check since dupatta missing”. I see this as a clear case of cheating.

    I placed my order on 31/8/22, order reachd local station on 10/9/22..therefater no delivery.. Raised complaint.. Esclation raised multiple times.. 12 hours than 48 hours than 72 hours than again 72 hours.. This is what I am getting everyday.. Calls n new esclation with some more time line.. And this is happening consecutively 3rd times. My delivery address is prime location on highway , no twist n turns.

    I faced the same issue today. I ordered a Vishudh kurta set, but i was given only the kurta and trouser. Dupatta missing. I placed an exchange, but the delivery agent refused to accept it. I called customer care, and they said they cant help. Imagine my plight.
