Nemitya holidays and tourism – vadodara based ( as claimed) tour operator has publish holiday pakages for diwali vacation 2015 in national newspaper( TOI ) based on that i booked pakage to nainital , kausauli, jim corbet for me and my family -wife and one daughter 11 yrs old we paid advance 10000 by NEFT to facilitate rail booking and hotel booking, dxxxxk pxxxxl owner of nemitya travels did not booked train tickets as claimed in advertisement / as requested so trip has got cancelled , till date dxxxxxk pxxxxxl has not refunded 10000 paid as advance , he is not lifting phone calls , office is closed strog actions need to be taken to prevent such operators who are playing with emotions of common people
