This is to bring to your notice that I have purchased an ola share pass on 12th March 2018, for which 99 rupees are deducted from my bank account but it displayed that network issue and pass was not purchased. I have filled complaint in ola customer care a number of times but issue is not yet resolved. It has been one month since the issue is existing. Please let me know if they don’t want to refund my amount, I will file a case in court against them.
