I had ordered a red and black salwar kameez from an online shopping site called cartwear on 25 – 08 – 2020. And when I got the order through Xpressbees on 31 – 08- 2020, the order I recieved has something else other than what I ordered. The total cost of the order was Rs.752.91 including shipment and taxes. ( Rs. 599 + Rs 154.91). And they clearly had a refund policy. So I tried contacting them through email and Facebook messenger( which were the only means of contact available in their website). My emails were completely left unanswered for more than 10 days. And when I messaged them in messenger, they said me I would get my refund on 7th or 8th of September. And clearly I didn’t, when I messeged asking why I didn’t get my refund I was deserted again. I kindly request you to help me get back my money and clear this fraudulent activity. I have attached all the evidence below.
