Complaint against online tailoring boutique

This complaint is against an online site tailorboutiques.com. I contacted them online. They have a Whatapp number -8448448089. I submitted my dresses to them for stitching . 5 sets for stitching . And 2 alterations , worth rupees 10,000 for stitching ones and alteration ones were 20000 . I was supposed to get my delivery on 11th November . They didn’t . And now I am texting them for past 48 hours there is no reply from them . They are totally gone . There is no contact number . Only a Whats app number and they are not replying . I don’t know if this is a fraud website or what . Pls help

Refund from Paytm – Rs. 5,828/- : Mr. Mangesh Sable of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra ordered a Fly F50Q (Blk+Slv) (Black) on 28/04/14. But the supplier (edge infotel) had sent 18 month old imported Fly 50S. Mr. Sable returned the phone with Paytm reverse courier. But he did not receive any replacement or refund. Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace.
