Complaint against Oxford Express courier for non-delivery

I have sent a courier to Amazon Seller Pvt. Ltd. Nagpur as on 22-09-2017. which is given date for delivery 25-09-2017. But this packet is not delivery on given time. I have called to courier guy for follow-up so many times but till now not received any confirmation of delivery of this item. This item is send by Oxford Express Private Limited. Please do the need full action on it.

Refund from Shopclues – Rs.15,990/- : Amit Kumar Nath of Surapet, Vinayagapuram ordered a 32 inch samsung LED tv on shopclues.com on 23rd Jan,2016. vide order no 873104317. As per shopclues the material was shipped through beacon surface carrier and expected delivery date date was between 6th feb, 2016 to 9th feb,2016.
