Complaint against primankart for fake product delivery

Ordered Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS, 42mm) from www.primankart.com and they delivered fake product.
Now they are not responding to emails and mobile also switched off. I had made payment using google pay. Attached the transaction receipt. Do let me know, if you need anything more info my side.
