I take a insurance policy from oriental health insurance which is handle by raksha tpa with my policyno. I had a operation on 29/September/2017 for which i demand a claim from raksha tpa amt 173000 they put a hold regarding the deficiency of paper mri flim and indoor case paper. They cant inform me about any hold and when i get to know i sent my bills and mri flim and indoor case paper on 11-dec-2017 through Indian post no.EU208907406IN which they receive and lost or mess it in other paper sir till day i not received any claim amount they give me lam excuse and tell me to call some other day i always call but i didnt get any solution they lost paper they even dnt try to investigate it i said several times but they dnt do any thing please sir help me regarding this i have all the proof that i sent the paper they give me excuse and do irresponsiblity even they are not solving my problem.

My claim is 6 months old (submitted to 31-03-2021 on pnb hrd section muzaffarpur).as result not registered of my claim and no any messages,no any updation to me.
