I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Reliance Digital regarding their failure to provide the promised AC wet service under the ResQ plan. Despite multiple follow-ups, my service request remains unresolved, causing significant inconvenience and frustration.
I had booked the AC wet service under the ResQ plan, expecting a hassle-free experience as promised at the time of purchase. However again and again, on the scheduled date, no technician arrived. Upon contacting customer care, I was advised to wait until 9 PM, yet no service was provided. The following day (March 29th), I contacted customer support again and was asked to wait the entire day, but the technician never showed up.
This pattern of negligence highlights severe mismanagement and lack of accountability from Reliance Digital. Despite my repeated attempts to seek resolution, I have faced:
1. Failure to Provide Scheduled Service: Technician did not arrive as promised on multiple occasions. This is a breach of contract as per ResQ plan which a purchased from Reliance digital.
2. Lack of Communication: Customer support keeps delaying the resolution without any clear timeline.
3. Misleading Commitments: At the time of purchase, I was assured of a seamless service experience under the 5-year ResQ plan, which has proven to be false.
4. No Ownership of Complaints: No proper escalation or resolution mechanism is in place.
Such practices amount to unfair trade practices and deficiency in service, violating consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act. I request immediate intervention from the Consumer Forum to ensure:
A formal explanation from Reliance Digital regarding the repeated service failures.
Compensation for the inconveniences.
