I rechrged my jio wi-pod on 25 th May 2018, but I didn’t get message of rechrge on my mobile. Instead of it, I got message of rechrge of my Wi-pod again so I went to the retailer of Jio reliance, shreya communication, aundh, pune and told them that I got message of rechrge of my Wi-pod again but I already recharged it. They checked it on their computer and guess what that their receptionist had entered wrong Wi-pod id number but they started blaming me that I told them that number. They are not ready to accept their mistake on the other hand blamed me. I already paid them Rs. 399/- in advanced for prepaid recharge of Wi-pod. But they are not ready to give me my money or recharge of Rs. 399/-. I have also emailed their customer care department but from last 8 days they are saying that they are investigating my problem but no action has been taken by them. I hope you’ll find out the solutioof this issue.
