I have complain against RIGHT WAY DATA SOLUTIONS. As they informed to me that there will be work which i have to complete. they have provided me the link for agreement in which no information is shown via email. But due to my health condition i was not able to complete the task. for which i have received an email
in which mentioned Non Payment : If payment is not done then your case shall be transferred for further proceeding at an Arbitrary court, An arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per an article 14 shall be imposed on you and you might need to pay Rs. 72105/ – for total loss to our client.
In this they have said that they have proof of my document which they have asked me to share with them. and a video which they have asked me to share with them via whatsApp
when i asked about “penalty” they said “Sir wo aap ke salary se cut hoga Aur aapka 1000 Captcha se jyada glt hoga tb Nhi to nhi hoga”
Now they are asking for “Rs 72105/-” for settlement and constantly send messages and emails for it.
Which is false as they told me that ” penalty aap ke salary se cut hoga Nhi to nhi hoga” I have whatsApp chat as for proof.
They are filing case against “Under Section 73,74,& 420 ” Kindly help me on this
