Complaint against sadabahar essentials for non-delivery

I am from dehradun….m writing this complain again an insta store named sadabahar essentials . I placed my order wuth them in oct 2019 but its jan 2020 but still i have not received my order neither my money is refunded .i have made a payment of rs 4999 to sadabahar essentials ….she has not send me my ordse neither she is ready to refund me n hVe blocked me from all the places ……pls i request you to help me in getting my money back
