Since last four days, during this lockdown cable services are down in many homes, no one is responding on the only contact provided 022 28114850, neither they did on their whatsapp although reported with error details constantly, they haven’t collected payments this month yet due to lockdown but disconnected connections without intimation, even after visiting office they have just asked for payment and described it the reason and collected advance payments from the customers but no service is restarted , SEVEN STAR is the only authorized cable operator authorized to provide cable operator service at Naya nagar, mira road thus no other option to give them competition thus they are misusing opportunity and taking customers for granted.
kindly do the needful and also we request govt to kill this monopoly in the area which reduces customers value to nil.
also instead of reducing cable cost they have increased during government decision of selected channels and they still have their package compulsorily.
