Complaint against Shadessltd for non-delivery

Complaint Against instagram account Shadessltd.

I ordered from shadessltd. And made payment of rs. 8000 after promising by them that my product will deliver within 8-10 working days. The given time has already passed but i didnt get the product yet. And now i am trying to contact them and sending messages continuously but they are ignoring me now and no response given after making payment. Kindly look into this concern and provide me the resolution. Block this fake instagram account as soon as possible so that they will not fool more customers. Awaiting for the response.
