Complaint against shiona India for non-delivery

Placed order on shiona india… But not received delivery. I have placed dress material from shiona india website . They charged 4760 for placing order on 13.10.2020. I did not get any reply from the website. I contacted the number but they did not respond . Plz respond and regulate these kind of online frauds
