Complaint against Shiprocket for delay in shipment pickup

Company named Shiprocket India has taken money from me on order to provide me with service which was never provided. I waited for 4 days was my shipment to be picked up but it was not done. I contacted their customer support team twice or thrice a day, the only solution they provided me was wait. My problem was never resolved, my shipment was never picked up. I have started a small business and because of such poor service of Shiprocket I not only lost my money but also my customers. I incurred huge losses because of them. Attached is the receipt of order i paid which was never delivered
