Complaint against Shopaaz regarding non-delivery, no refund

I have ordered online on Shopaaz.com Redmi 3s prime onl 04.05.2017 and payment of Rs 8499/- has been made through paytm,but after few days on 12.05.2017 I got a message from Shopaaz.com stating that your order has been cancelled by our seller and your amount will be credited in 7 working days but till date money is not refunded by the seller even after tried to call on no.-180030029549 (given on Shopaaz.com website and email id-hello[@]shopaaz.com and info[@]shopaaz.com) but did not get any response.

I request you to please look into the matter and take actions accordingly.
