Complaint against shopclues for defective nokia phone

I have ordered the Nokia 3310 and it’s delivered to me on 23 oct 2018..by open the box I found the timer of call duration shows some hours running and the ringtone when I played it seems as I’d there a some problem ..it’s not as much clear..it seems that’s it’s a used handset and I at that day complain to return the handset and refund the amount..but the customer care replied to click and send the picks of the handset..I did..and then use some nonsence they said the handset seems to be ok by seeing the pics..and we are not able to it picked..Sir this is against the customer satisfaction and they tried to be over smart by giving the false information. Plz help me this and refund my money back

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
