Complaint against Snapmint for refund

I had ordered vivo u20 from snapmint few days ago and it was showing approved but then suddenly my order was cancelled with no reason.they charged me approx 1600(don’t remember the exact price) as first month EMI before confirming my order and it stucked at amazon confirmation. I mailed snapmint they didn’t replied, still haven’t received any replies. called the customer care number,didn’t connected. its been almost 4 days and i haven’t received any reply from them and my refund.

    Ihave ordered OnePlus nord in snap mint 3days ago and adding my total bank account details then suddenly cancel my order due to no reason and my amount 3756/-rs debited in my account and I mailed refund to snapmint stills they not respond to me and somany Times called customer care number they’re all froud persons lifting and they ask my debit card number CVV number why they ask my personal bank details I stii suffering 3days no one responded to me

    I had purchased realme mobile on 16 May 2021 from snapmint through order ID 1909564, but before dispatching my order they has been cancelled my order due to covid pandemic and reply me as your refund will refunded in next 5-6 working days. But now a approx 23 days left and my refund have not refunded..I had mail them lots of time but still no reply. So please get strong decision against them.. these all are froud persons.

    I have created account on snapmint so that I can take benefits of emi option. First, it was showing that I have to pay 1 down payment to be eligible for getting emi option. Later when I paid the payment they sent me the link to download their snapmint app. I did the same as they directed me to do. Later on when i tried to confirm my order, they denied for making me rest payment for the first installment. By giving me the reason “sorry, you are not eligible for getting emi payment payment option”.
    If this was the condition, then they had to mention it earlier that their will some terms and conditions to get emi benefits. This is totally a scam. I want my down payment amount back.

    I Order redmi 10 seven days ago and Cancel my order but I don’t received my refund i’ll complaint snap mint but didn’t replay snap mint
