Complaint against Snapmint regarding missing pc components

I order full set of pc in snapmint app 8-dec-2024 I paid advance payment. 17-dec-2024 i received a incomplete product with missing components first they say the missing components will be delivered separately later they said they will return or replacement the product, after 2 weeks they said pickup will be done within 2 days I will be waiting almost 2month I have contacted them almost every day , still no proper answer from them. For last 2month they are asking me to pay emi for that product. How i pay emi for missing product they daily asked emi . I have suffered both mentally and physically because of them
