Complaint against Star Finance regarding personal loan

I fell into trap of a NBFC. First I applied for a personal loan by online on their website, then they called me and informed that my loan is approved and asked me to pay 1420/- as processing fee. I paid that amount on next day. Then they send me a Pdf showing that GST Invoice, and asked me to pay 4000, as GST amount. They keeping ask me to pay couple of other charges 14200 as Agreement charges and 15500 as bank processing charges. Then i filed a complaint against them on their Complaint redressal website, a guy from their Redressing forum called me and ask me to do lot of thing then they loot 3000 from my acccount without my permission. He told me that he will transfer the whole amount so that he used my bank account. Then another guy called me and he told me that he can help and said my file is closed and you need 15804/- for NOC for disbursement of the loan amount. I only paid 5000 because i dont have 15000.
I lost almost 43000 /- and my peaceful day.

I applied this loan for medical treatment i dont have any insurance cover and i dont get loan from banks because im out of their eligible crieteria.

So, please do some speedy action to recover my money.
