Hello Team, I would like to file a complaint against a boutique situated in Gurgaon named as “stylish_divva (instagram page)” as stylish divva boutique at Gurgaon. On 28th December, 2023 we gave a brand new yellow color silk saree of Chennai silk purchased from Hyderabad of worth approx. Rs. 4500/- in one piece to stylish_divva boutique for blouse stitching which my mother was supposed to wear in friend’s marriage which she couldn’t wear because of her and we had to purchase new saree for function plus anger, mental stress also impacted those days. So, while cutting the blouse piece from saree she cut the other side of the saree which she informed us and told us that if you will not like it I will pay the amount of the saree at which it was purchased in 2021. I told her that it is silk saree purchased from a valuable brand “Chennai Silk” Hyderabad with emotions which I wanted my mother to wear which was purchased back in 2021 for wearing not for reselling to any tailor, I told her that I am not looking for money at all I want the same quality saree in any color from Chennai Silk so that my mother can wear it with happy emotions which I purchased that time my money and now that saree will not cost for the same amount it’s very much expensive. So, I told her I gave you brand new saree and I just want my brand new saree in one piece which I gave or if not then give the saree in good condition non defective.
Please help to get my saree back from her, I am not looking for money at all, I want my same saree back not money at which it was purchased in 2021 either I want new saree or current market price of the saree as it was brand new when it was given to her for stitching. Please help me to resolve my problem regarding my money and time which I lost and emotions which are attached with the saree.
