I booked two Tickets from Travolook on 1st April 2021 (1st ticket was in name of Mr Sxxxxl Sxxxxxxa and second was in name of Mr. Mxxxxxx Mxxxxxt) for 3rd April flight from Delhi to Udaipur Amount was debited from my card of rs.28,250 and after some time I got mail that my tickets were canceled due to fare rise. When I called them they said that my amount will be refunded with in 15 working days . When I do not get the refund i follow up them through mails and calls but when today I called them they said that the amount was transferred from there account but due to some technical error the amount was not processed in my account so again asked me to wait for more 7 working days.
Please help me get my amount back. I am enclosing one of the ticket for your reference
