Complaint against Vijay Cable TV operator

I want to complain about vijay cable operator that we are not satisfied with the working of him. He doesnt have the edicates to talk,We have given the payment for den set up box and one week has passed he ois not responding to us when we go to his shop he just angrily talk to us and say take your money back very rudely
our set up box had some problem and he said that he is not responsible for it and told us that we should go and repair ourself he talks very rudely so please take action against him.
