Complaint against Yatra for refund after cab cancellation

Sir, I booked cab booking through yatra.com and paid 960 rs. I had cancelled my booking on 01 Jul 20. Know 03 jul 20, I got Reply kn Twitter that refund has been processed and it will take 2 to 3 days but I have not received my refund and further no reply from yatra.com. Booking ref no -3006200029935 dated 30 jul 20.
