Complaint against Zopnow regarding payment and delivery

I have ordered groceries today in zopnow.in, they are giving tremendous offers, but they are not giving card payment option, they are just taking upi payment with a qr cid, my order id is 3xxxx7. They have taken a payment of 1537 rupees but yet they are showing payment pending, please help me to get my money hack from such fraud website. i have also attach my payment page
