This is to inform you that I have taken new dish TV HD connection through dthoffer.in and paid Rs 3250
to N K Enterprises through online on Nov 6, 2018. As per customer support “there is a special offer on Nov 6, 2018 only” and as per the offer they will provide me three years nonstop all channels plus 50 HD channels which includes star Baharat HD, star plus HD, HD movie channels, HD news Channels, two sports HD channels etc. They will also provide one-month extra platinum HD channel.
For confirming this offer I have discussed this offer with customer support of N K Enterprises four times.
Once I got confirmation from there, I have paid Rs 3250 online. After dish installation, I want to confirm the same with dish TV, but they said that you have only one-month free subscription of platinum HD channel. Then I talk with customer support of N K Enterprise about the offer initially promised by them before taking a connection, this time they denied such promises.
I have requested that please fulfill your promise otherwise refund Rs 3250 to me. But they denied, I, therefore, request you to kindly go through recording of the verbal conversation between me and customer support team which is held on Nov 6 and Nov 9, 2018.
I have also requested them that please fulfill your promise otherwise, I will go to consumer forum but
they have ignored.
I, therefore, request you to intervene in this matter and resolve it.
