Complaint for refund from Flipkart

I want to make a formal complaint against Flipkart India. I purchased a Battery on 16th May which didn’t fit in my phone and I placed a request for return on 17th May as the product was in 10 days return policy.

I received confirmation text notification for return order on the same day. I received another text message kn the next day that the person is out for delivery.

After that I didn’t receive any notification. I tried to reach to Flipkart over the call bit no luck due to long waiting time.

Anyhow I was able to speak to someone from Flipkart who was calling himself a supervisor.

I explained the entire thing to him to which he denied for any help and insulted me stating that why didn’t I contact them for return.

I said, I didn’t receive any notification of cancellation of return order then how would I know about it.

I still tried to reach out to them but no luck because of their long wait time.

It caused me lot stress….I want refund of 469 and a compensation amout for wasting my time and stress that caused to me.

I want 10000 as compensation from Flipkart because of their rude behaviour and hung up the call in front of me withouylt addressing the concern.
