I was using a hathway cable connection Since oct’17 and continuously raising complaint that a majority of the time the channels are down only. The local operator coming for monthly dues collection used to say I need to call immediately if any issue faces in service.
And upon calls he deny to understand HIndi or English Language. But during collection he understand Even hindi Clearly.
Now post all this harassment I have surrendered the connection. Set top box taken back by the local operator saying the security deposit will be refunded post deduction of the dues of one month, And now he is saying that there will be a deduction of 50% of the security deposit, two months dues.
Escalated this multiple time to the Hathway Authority but unfortunately no revert..
Request to take necessary action and process the refund as soon as possible.
