Complaint on pinktonik for cheap quality and colour change saree

I have ordered a saree of worth RS 2000/ from pinktonik which is a online dress seller’s in instagram, i got the cheap and worst quality saree and they have sent completely different colour , they wont have there own website the are selling thorough instagram and Facebook, if i ask to return the product they are not responding from many days, they are cheating the people with completely chipper quality products, please take action against such a kind of frods, thanks
