Complaint regardign low speed Jio internet

Jio internet speed is very low. Value: 299. Last 15 days I didn’t able to use jio internet connection in my home area due to it’s poor internet daily I will call there customer care and they didn’t support me. I face many problem my children didn’t take there online classes due to poor internet connection jio cheated will there customer please help….
