I have raised a complaint in airtel customer care since 1 month and have been continuously following with them but everytime they give the same lame reply that your complaint is under process. Firstly when i raised the complaint the executive guided me to convert my 3g network to 4g and then everything would be fine. I did what he said trusting him but my issue remained unresolved. The guy didnt guide me properly and my network remained fluctuated. After that i raised complaint 2-3 times but those people were clueless. They finally came to the conclusion that the area where i live specifically needs a tower for good network but the same has not been installed from past 1 month. I am unable to receive calls and whenever any call gets connected the poor network either disconnects call or i am not able to hear voice. Please lodge my complaint of poor services..mental agony which i am facing due to the provider
