I am using airtel landline and broadband connection (0751-4xxxxxx6), facing continous problem of the same i.e. landline dead and broadband not working properly. When complained to customer care , it was resolved and after one day the same problems occurs. whan i asked to dis connect my broadband connection, it is said byvSupervisor Bhopal, that dis connecting of broadband is not possible. I have asked to settle the amount for the bill as i have not used net from last 20 days, he was not ready. I need to resolve this problem either bill should be settled or broadband should be dis connected. pls do the needful. Thanks
