Complaint regarding Airtel Broadband connection service request

From 11th October 2021 I was not able to access the Airtel Broadband as it showed red signal which meant unable to connect to internet . On 12th October , I registered a complaint on the Airtel Thanks App and they assigned me the time till 13 October 3.30 pm . The next day at 4 pm I called the customer service and told them that my request has not been solved till now , so they told me that within next 4 hr it will be solved and I wont need to call again. At 8.30 pm on 13th October 2021 as no one contacted me I then again called the Airtel Customer Care , once again the same process took place , they kept me on the call for 30 min saying that they will look into the matter and will assign me an engineer by early today morning .

Today , 14 October 2021 , at around 9.30 A.M , as no one yet contacted me regarding the issue , I helplessly again contacted the customer care and again a guy from the team told me that yet they will work on the issue and will assign me an engineer to fix the issue . Now the time is 2.33 pm , still no one cares to contact me . I am a software engineer working in a company from 9 am to 6pm daily and as the work from home scene is there everything is dependent on the internet services . My job is getting effected and they are hardly worried for the customer. Finally seeking the forums help  please look into the matter as soon as possible. Therefore I would either like to receive the refund of my airtel broadband amount or the compensation of the office per day salary loss due to this failure.
