I took Airtel broadband connection on 22, September, 2021. After raising many request my connection finally start working on 29, September, 2021. But, later when I asked them about bill they keep on telling that I will get the bill and then later they told that I will not get the bill for prepaid broadband plan. So, I asked them for disconnection. But, it was disconnected in mid of plan i.e on 19th October, 2021. So, I asked them the reason & asked them to reactivate. After 19th, it’s been more then a month the connection has still not been activated. On 19th November I did another recharge and before doing it I did asked from airtel customer care on 16th November, 2021 whether my plan is active and he said yes, I just need to do recharge. After that I did soo many call to customer care and have dropped many mails. But, service is still inactive and when I asked them to refund my amount, they said that they cannot do that.
Since, I have taken the other broadband connection, now I need refund of my amount.
