I am holding an account in ajio. i recently ordered few items (i.e, 3-pants) and the due quality issues i returned 2 items and exchanged an item with different size. after receiving the exchanged product. my ajio account was blocked and reason(as mentioned by executive) was due to high returns. and now i could not access my account & i want to return the exchanged item but the account doesn’t open. therefore i mentioned this issue in mails and tweet but the response was “they can’t help me”.
