I had reported a few issues with the AJIO app and delivered products yesterday and today my account has been blocked. I have no clue on what’s happening and the customer service representative also has no clue as to why the account has been blocked. I haven’t received any email communication regarding this block and I am told to wait for 7 days for a response which is unacceptable. I have paid for merchandise which is yet to be delivered and also have received two wrong products which need to be returned. Expecting a quick resolution.

I placed order and order is delivered and suddenly the ajio account is locked iam very frustrated there is no chance return the product but there is sometime to return so please unlock my account fast
