Complaint regarding Ajio not picking up return order

Ajio not picking up the return request order and showing pickup attempted. Value: Rs 422 and Rs 729

I bought my kids dress and the quality was not as expected so I raised a return request. It have been multiple days but nobody picksup the order and I get the automated calls that our rider tried contacting you pickup failed. Nobody calls. Order#FN5xxxxxxxxxx8

Replacement by Micromax – Rs.9,000/- : Mr. Somanathan M of Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu purchased Micromax Canvas A120 on Sep-2014.
