Complaint regarding AMC service from Eureka Forbes

Even though I have raised several requests for almost 2 weeks and sent emails and received from the CEO’s desk, yet I am being denied proper service by the senior management and in turn the local service center in Hyderabad is been asked to deny tghe services to me. I have properly paid the AMC also but I feel that I am being harassed intentionally by the senior management as I have honestly raised the complaint. I feel sad that this is not the first time that the senior management is acting in this manner but for the last few years they have been acting in similar manner and yet I have been keeping quite but this time it seems that they are intentionally doing it and even encouraging the local service center to deny providing the service to me.
