I have been requesting invoices for more than a month of my American Tourister strolley purchased done on December 2015. I have raised many complaints by calling Jabong’s customer care and by writing emails(5 Emails) but have got nothing than fake promises and complaint numbers. I am also getting a feel that I have purchased a fake product as they are not able to produce a genuine invoice against the same.
These bags comes with a 3 year warranty and to claim warranty we need to present invoice to the service center as there is no stamp on the warranty card.
Please let me know what should I do to get my invoices or money back via a legal process.
