Complaint regarding Ampere vehicle model Magnus-ex bike

I bought a magnus-ex bike from the dealer in Surat Deekay E-Motors on 30/06/2022. I am sending you this email of complaint, that till date I have made a lot of complaints on Twitter for the bike but till now I have not got any result, I made this complaint on 16/08/2022, I went to the service center in Yogichok, Surat, given by you, and got the bike serviced several times, but till now I have not got any result in the bike, last month due to the fault in the bike, my sister had an accident and during that accident my sister got a lot of head injury.

I am sending you this email because during the service there was no change in the bike from your side, there was a lot of damage due to your bike, I could not go to many places, and for a long time my bike also went to the service in 2022 where they did not even give any slip or invoice of the service because they used to write in a century book, so I want to request you, take the vehicle back and return the payment that I made for the vehicle to me, if you do not give any reply within 07 to 10 days, then I am going to file a complaint in the customer protection for your request of the bike and for the problems that I have been facing till date,

Ever since I bought this bike, I have only one complaint till today that the bike has two modes in which in the first mode the bike runs at a speed limit of 1 to 30 which you call low mode, and in the second mode the bike runs at a speed of 31 to 50, which is called JP hing mode, when I am riding the bike at a speed of 50 then the red colored switch in the bike remains in hing mode only but the bike starts moving at 30 after falling from the speed of 50, that is if the person sitting behind me sees me moving at a speed of 50 and immediately starts moving at 30 then the bike suddenly gets damaged, and many times I reach some places late, because of that my speed has also deteriorated a lot,

I know this may not be a big complaint for you but sir it is a big problem for me, and I hope that you will resolve my complaint soon, you will take back the bike and give me the money I owe. I hope that you will take a quick decision and give me a reply within 7 to 10 days.
