Complaint regarding AO Smith geyser service issues

This is to get to your kind notice ,i have purchased a geyser(AO SMITH) NO’S-2,from RELIANCE DIGITAL ON 01.05.2021- However one of the geyser stopped working within 2 weeks .

Inspite of my repeated complaints regarding the service with the AO SMITH customer executives, the service is not attended till date.
